How the team works

We work together with our advisers to run the Plan, shaping its financial, actuarial, and legal frameworks. We also partner with our Administrator – one of our key specialist advisers – to ensure they have processes in place to calculate and pay the members’ benefits correctly and on time.

If you join the team, you will also deal with confidential information that you’ll not be able to share with others.
