The Trustee Board

The full Trustee Board generally meet three times a year (additional meetings are held as required) and sub-committees meet on a regular basis. There are six sub-committees in total, as follows:

• Governance, risk and internal controls (GRIC)
• Valuation, employer covenant and de-risking (VED)
• Investment (IC)
• Administration and discretions (A&D)
• Communications (CC)
• DC outcomes and governance (DCOG)
